A Vignette: What I often hear from clients who share what finally brought them to Evolving with Motion for help.

Is this you?

You’re a strong hard-working woman. A few years ago, a “not such a big deal” injury happened and stopped you from your exercise routine.

The problem is... You notice you really do need to start moving again, but you keep putting it off and struggle to find the time & motivation. So, you keep saying...

  • I need to move more; I need to eat better.

  • I need to get a handle on my work/life balance.

  • I need more time in my day!!!

Like the hard worker you are.

You’ve tried to fight the clock, and you’re determined to keep up the pace like you did when you were 22 AND still have your wise 40+ year old brain so you keep pushing through with daily pain.

Until one day you NOTICE, how you find yourself becoming more worried about doing fun things because you worry your pain will be worse than it already is, and let’s be honest, you don’t have time for that sh*t.

You also may notice:

  • You’re totally exhausted, running on empty.

  • Pain seems to be ruling your life.

  • There’s a constant struggle with your kids and partner. You feel like no one is hearing you & yelling seems to be your new normal.

  • Mom guilt sets in.

  • Find it difficult to step away from your work computer and check your work email on your phone after work hours.

And then there is the constant position changes from that pain in the a** sore spot that you had taken care of, but it just keeps coming back! And you know you NEED to move more; you NEED more time off; you NEED a better balance because you cannot keep running at this pace.

You've tried...

Listening to Self Help Podcasts/books, Google and YouTube to gain information and exercises but you never commit long enough to doing anything.

Talk to your doctor, but they blame it on life transition into menopause and tell you to get more sleep, eat better and exercise. Leaving you feeling deflated.

You’ve talked to your friends, you’ve seen PT, acupuncturist, massage therapist and chiropractor, but still something isn’t RIGHT, and you still feel like you are missing out on the right thing.

And I want to say Great Job! You've done a lot of work! You’re not alone & you’re not doing anything wrong!

In fact, you’ve acted. You started to explore what YOU need. You may have found some of it works, but it doesn’t last. Most of the time it is short lived until another appointment. But this action shouldn’t be so exhausting. It shouldn’t feel like a job to care for yourself. Life is supposed to be SIMPLE. That does NOT mean EASY.

I see you and I can help!

The truth is…

You’re doing amazing things, by gaining information and listening to what everyone is telling you what to do.

But I’m curious, have any of the professionals asked you how they can best support you?

Are you trying to fit generic health & wellness advice to address your specific needs for your unique lifestyle?

Are you struggling to commit to anything because you don’t know if it is the right thing to do, and you don’t want to waste your time on something that isn’t right for you. So you never truly commit.

Again, YOU ARE NOT ALONE! IT MAKES A LOT OF SENSE!

We are bombarded each day with so many things telling us and selling us that we aren’t doing it right and there is a better way.

It becomes overwhelming, and we don’t know who to get help with for both our body & our mind.

Well, guess what?!

You’ve found her.

It is me, HI, I’m the One, IT’s ME
