Services

We strive to empower people through their own movement. We work with our patients to help them figure out what actually matters to them. Our priorities are not WHAT kinds of movements you do, just that you stick with moving regularly.

Frequently Asked Questions and Concerns

  • We get that! It makes sense you can’t see how you can possibly make the time to see PT. Because you have other people counting on you, and the idea of taking time off seems impossible. You don’t have anyone else that can take over your responsibilities. The problem is you can only give to others what you already have. If you are already empty at the end of the day, are you really giving your full attention and energy to the ones you love at the end of your day?

Making time for physical therapy is making time for yourself and your health. It means being strong enough to care for yourself and those in your life.

  • It starts with you. I can help teach you how to feel great and still have amazing energy at the end of the day to still go out to the ball field, carry your chair and instead take a walk around the field before you even sit down in it.

A great place to start is to sign up for a complimentary discovery call. (link here) Together we can start to get clear on what will work best for you as you recover.

  • We offer a private one-on-one setting. We take the time to get to know you so that we can determine the root of the problem. Our full attention is on you and your goals. All it takes is starting with a complimentary virtual phone call! There is no obligation to start, but if you have any questions, feel free to schedule a consultation. (maybe insert a link here to my scheduler)

  • Maybe you’ve been in pain for a long time and it just doesn’t seem to be getting better. Perhaps you’ve just received a diagnosis and a referral to therapy, but you aren’t sure if you have time to focus on healing yourself. If fear and uncertainty are getting in the way of healing, we can help! There are a million little excuses to delay care. But you don’t have to suffer in silence anymore!

Dr. Lisa is the person that will guide you through the recovery process.

  • Sometimes resting an injured area is hard to do. But in certain cases, protecting the injured area is important to healing. But there is a difference between resting and protecting. Dr. Lisa will give clarity on how to protect your injury and keep the rest of your body moving while you heal.

We believe that to really experience movement you need to also understand stillness. With stillness comes the ability to ask for what you need. If you don’t know what you need, that is ok too.
