There is No perfect chair

Are you humpin' along on this #humpday

Because of Butt, Back, Hip or Neck pain

You may think "I need a new chair" or "I need to work on my terrible posture"

Well Hardworking woman
1. The "chair" industry knows this is what you're thinking
2. You do NOT have terrible posture - so lets just stop

The industry knows you want
- Massage in your chair
- Heat in your chair
- All the gadgets to do all the movements

Well #hardworkingwoman

The thing is, instead of keeping yourself chained to your chair I have some suggestions for you.

1. Switch Chairs! Make an effort and get up and sit on a different type of chair, stool or stand (just make sure to MOVE, because all day standing, also NOT the answer)
2. If you need a massage or a hot pack, GET UP and get that for yourself, don't let your chair do all the work
3. Schedule yourself a weekly or monthly massage instead of getting it only from your chair!

Commit to caring for your physical body and stop letting your chair (and other gadgets) do ALL the work

<<I'm pro gadget to empower you do what feels good on the daily, but you deserve more then only gadgets
And I am pro invest in a chair that brings you true happiness, that is fantastic!>>

What I am saying, is MODERATION - You still have to MOVE and DO THE WORK

You've got this hardworker!!!
You've got the time and space to CARE for your BODY the way it deserves to be cared for.
Take 2 minutes at a time to get up and MOVE to care for yourself, and stop googling what to do and just #dosomethingdifferent

There is NO perfect chair, there is NO perfect posture

What is perfect, right now, is YOUR BODY!

It has carried you through each day on this Earth and it is perfect right as it is

So celebrate it, #nurture it and take 2 minutes every 2 hours to honor where it is at!

Yes, there is a lot of❗️ today because I am passionate about you knowing that
1. YOU DESERVE HELP! - you would get it for your kids or parents, so why not you?
2. YOU DESERVE TO MOVE!
3. YOU DESERVE TO KNOW REAL INFORMATION - not what Google tells you to know or what advertisers pay for you to see!
