Spring Forward Taking Action

Are you beginning to feel the weather shift where you are?

Seeing the daffodils poke through the softening ground.

Feeling the warm sun shine on your skin in the afternoon.

Hopefully you’re seeing the robins bounce around the grass.

While we;re still in winter, the work of winter rest and nourishment is now beginning to show!

All of this beauty is from “small” degree shifts that the Earth makes each day, towards the sun.

So if you are feeling the shift in the energy and you’re ready to take action AND ready to do something different to get there. Here are some tips to get you started on TAKING ACTION.


  1. Get Clear on Where You Want to Go - just like a GPS map, you want to give some specifics on where you want to go.

  2. Find your WHY - if you plug your location into your map, why is that location important to you? Do you like the weather, the people, the attractions. What are you searching for on this journey?

    Now that you have you WHY you want to change,

  3. Make yourself a SMART(H) Goal! Here’s an example of mine for movement this month (Specific, Measurable, Action, Realistic!!!, Time Based and my favorite HEART CENTERED - meaning your WHY!)

Here’s a Way to GET STARTED on Writing your SMART(H) Goal for your movement change -

Now post it up on your mirror.

Look at it everyday and adjust as needed!
