Breath & Body Scan

Kristin Neff - Leading Expert and Researcher of Self Compassion says in her Book Self Compassion -

“Unlike self-criticism, which asks if you’re good enough,

Self-compassion asks what’s good for you?

Self-compassion taps into your inner desire to be healthy and happy.

If you care about yourself, you’ll do what you need to do to in order to learn and grow.

You’ll want to change unhelpful patterns of behavior, even if that means giving up certain things you like for a while.”

And if you are looking to start to explore “What is Good for You” And One of the things you want to try is Breathwork and a Body Scan

I’ve made a 6 minute Breath and Body Scan to help you reset your nervous system to promote relaxation.

Remember this is a long game. Doing this one time is amazing, but its about showing up with consistency.

Not doing ALL the things

And Also

Not doing anything at all

It’s about showing up and asking “what is good for me” AND

Being Realistic, You are a Human who is living in this season of life.

Give yourself grace

That you showed up and did 1 thing that was good for you today.

I hope enjoy and come back to use it when you need.

xo, Lisa
